Online Simulation: Two-way ANOVA
This Java applet is demonstrates the partitioning of variance in the two-way ANOVA.
The simulation and its associated questions can be used as either homework assignment or as an in-class activity for those classes with access to computers with Internet connection. It can also be used easily in courses that utilize a course management system. Students can work either in pairs or individually as they run the simulations and answer the questions.
